It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. 「The location of the property was great. Unfortunately the weather was cool and misting but that's Rockport in May. Consequently we spent more time inside than we planned. The living room furniture was not comfortable. All kitchen stuff was good and the bed was comfortable as well as quiet. Street parking was fine but this was off season.」
