Spacious and Convenient Getaway

The spacious single-family home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, attached two car garage. Also included: all appliances, fireplace, desk space plenty of storage and great deck in front and and patio set in the back with lots of seating and a fire pit.
It’s conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near Highway 218 and interstate 80, making commutes to Cedar Rapids or Iowa city very easy.

Great for a family get together

This was a perfect property to meet up with family for a celebration. The kitchen is very well stocked with basic spices, oil, coffee and filters. The back deck with BBQ grill and table and chairs was very nice. The couches are comfortable and very nice bathrooms. Being able to park in a garage was a nice bonus! Definitely would recommend this property.

Multi-day sport competition

From walking into the property we were very comfortable with amenities and cleanliness. Truly a beautiful VRBO to unwind at. We stayed with two dogs as well and rooms were plenty big for kennels. Back yard is cute can see how ni ice it would be to sit out and enjoy a fire.

Great stay in Iowa City

Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero.

Nebraska Goes Down

In town for the Nebraska game. 4 adults/4kids had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great property, close to everything downtown. Owner was easily reachable and made everything as simple as possible for check in/out. Will definitely plan to stay again when back in town. Thanks!

Perfect for our group

House was great for our group. We were in town for a football game and the house gave us a chance to stay together. Very clean and comfortable for our family. The host was great and helpful when we asked questions. We will stay here again when we are back in Iowa City.

What a great property for the Iowa City area!

We couldn't be happier with our stay here. We had 3 adult couples staying at the property. The property says sleeps 8 but 6 is perfect! Most needs are addressed by supplies at the home. If not, a really nice Fareway is 3 minutes away. We were there for an Iowa Hawkeye football game really couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. The location was just far enough away to avoid any traffic jams before or after the game but close enough to make a drive a non-issue. We are already talking about returning in the spring for a wedding and will most likely stay here again. Oh, and Nick was uber-responsive with communication. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place

We were in town for my son's wedding and this was a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, clean, up to date bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds and very well cared for. We highly recommend this host and property!

Family fun!!

Great property for family get together and celebrations located close to University of Iowa East side. The house is very well stocked and clean with lots of thoughtful and homey extras. Plenty of area to visit with friends and family while enjoying the outside patio and fire pit. Host is amazing.

Perfect weekend place our Hawkeye

Great location and easy check-in. About 7 minutes to campus by car. My kids were happy with the internet service and multiple TVs. Very comfortable and cozy.

Christmas with Family

We stayed over Christmas with our 3 grown children and 2 dogs. Nick was an exceptionally responsive host. We had plenty of room and were close to downtown as well as the hospital. The neighborhood was great for walks with the dogs.

Great Stay

Family Weekend

Visiting Iowa City for Family weekend at the University of Iowa. The property was in a great location, clean, great layout and wonderful communication with the owner. Greatly appreciated the garage space too. Look forward to staying again!

Homecoming

We stayed here to attend the West homecoming game. The property was very close to the high school. The home was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the outside spaces, back deck and front patio. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet at night. The home met are needs perfectly, we would stay here again. Host was attentive and communication was great.

Family wedding weekend

Great location, nice walking neighborhood, nearby grocery, coffee and good food! House was very clean, updated and had everything we needed (and our pup) for a great home base during a family wedding weekend. Outdoor space was lovely as well.
