Relaxing Cottage Steps From the Lake

Gorgeous sunsets! Spend your time on Hatch Lake relaxing on the deck. No steps to this dock, easy access and enjoy the fishing! Cute four season cottage featuring two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other is a full size bed. The couch pulls out for an extra guest. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full kitchen, kayaks, bag toss, firepit and grill available. A campfire ring is located in the back of the house and has beautiful lake views.

The cupboard is stocked with family friendly DVD's and board games if the weather is uncooperative.

This was our third stay here! It's always clean and well taken care of when we arrive. Well stocked as well with towels, bedding, paper products, and everything you need in the kitchen but the food. Plenty of games for rainy days and kayaks for the lake.

Close to the water

We enjoyed how close the house was to the lake. The large deck made it easy to view the lake and watch family fish from the pier. The cottage was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a providing a relaxing location for our vacation.

The deck overlooking the lake was the highlight for us! We ate all our meals outside. Carmen was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated being able to take out the kayaks for a morning paddle.

Lovely cabin stay

Great getaway!

Had a great time relaxing by the lake. Beautiful views, quiet area, and the cabin was cozy and stocked with everything we needed! Such a peaceful lake to paddle around in the kayaks.

The sunsets were amazing every night. Paddle boarding was enjoyable on the nice calm lake and the cottage was very comfortable. We had a great relaxing time.

The cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a fry pan which should be thrown out though. Check in was easy. Liked all the equipment for the lake( kayaks and paddleboard). The dock is quite wobbly. Overall, enjoyed it very much. Sunsets were beautiful!

Beautiful views! Steps from the water. Great kayaking - loons, deer, awesome sunsets. We loved being able to step from the deck to the dock.

Last minute getaway

We were looking for something on a lake with great fishing just to relax. This property was perfect. Nothing luxurious, big or fancy. Just a place to relax and enjoy great weather. The deck is great, kayaks and floatation raft were great.

Carmen’s Clean, Cozy, Cute, Comfortable Cottage

We stayed for the weekend to visit relatives for a camping trip, but we aren’t campers so we stayed at this cottage. In our opinion it’s much for comfortable than a sleeping bag. The view of Hatch Lake and sunsets are lovely and in the morning the Loons were making their beautiful sounds.

Iola get away

Very accommodating. Had everything we needed for a relaxing get away without over complicating things. House allows pets and we experienced some allergic reactions but we made do by enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.

Family getaway

Was a nice getaway for our family. Great view right on lake. We enjoyed the firepit right by the lake with the view. Sunset was amazing. Our son loved getting in the water off the dock. Wish was better access from shore though but right off dock water still shallow to swim. Did a little kayaking which was fun and was our son's first kayak adventure and he loved it. The pie at Crystal Cafe in town was delicious!

Cute & Cozy Cottage

Cute and cozy cottage in a nice neighborhood. The lake was pretty, good for kayaking, not as much for swimming. Firepit was full of water cuz of all the rain we've had. Water has a lot of iron in it, but you can refill at iola sentry for 50 cents. Very clean and great that we can bring our dog. Lots to do in the area, Iola is very cute. Host very responsive.
