This spacious modern villa, is tucked away in a quiet Inverness neighbourhood, only a short drive from the city centre. It's the perfect family getaway! With four spacious bedrooms, a lovely enclosed garden and lots of socialising space.

The ground floor offers excellent social space, with a spacious kitchen diner leading through to a bright conservatory dining room that opens directly onto the fully enclosed garden. There is a generous living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV, alongside a dedicated cinema room for relaxed evenings in. A separate private office provides a quiet space to work if needed, and a downstairs WC adds extra convenience. The home is decorated throughout in calm, neutral tones, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms: a super king with an ensuite, a king, and two doubles that share a Jack and Jill ensuite. In total, the house has four bathrooms. Both the master ensuite and the family bathroom feature a bath as well as separate walk-in showers, offering flexibility and convenience for families and groups.

There is fast Wi Fi, a games console, books, board games, and a guitar. The property is within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, Starbucks, a driving range, and a soft play centre, making it especially convenient for families.

Outside, the large private driveway provides parking for two to three cars.
