Located on Bayview Ave in a private setting with own entry, set away from owners home. 300 meters to beaches and restaurants. Very well appointed and modern with Wi Fi and large TV. 3 separate rooms being bedroom, bath room and kitchen/living room. Comfortable queen bed and large variety of books! Rooms look out onto a beautiful restful garden setting. Over 250 guest stays with super host rating. Welcoming hosts. The Studio has a floor space of approximately 65 sm.

Perfect location for exploring the area - Bass Coast, Wilson's Prom, Philip Island etc. Lewis and Judy made us very welcome. They gave us very helpful information on things to do and places to eat. My husband and I stayed here during the Australian MotoGP weekend as we like a quiet spot just for the two of us, and it was just lovely! Our hosts Lewis and Judy were delightful and we enjoyed a couple of quick cuddles with their little dog Pippa. ☺️ Everything was very clean and well appointed, and Lewis and Judy looked after us amazingly. The next time we visit the area we will definitely be booking in here again.

Our stay at Bayview was fabulous! The studio has everything we needed in a great location with plenty of privacy and gorgeous gardens!! Our hosts Lewis and Judy were lovely and very friendly. They went out of their way to check that we had everything we needed etc. We have already booked to return!
