Love the location, comfort and views of this place. Easy to manage our two younger children 5 years old. Only heads up to others is the radiators get really hot and you need to bring your own linens.

We've vacationed on this area our whole lives and we all kept saying how perfect this spot was - we wished we found it sooner! Out of the way yet minutes from anything you could need. Kim could not have been a better host. She provided clear directions in advanced notice and even went above and beyond finding and shipping a forgotten, beloved stuffed animal.

We booked this condo for a quick end of summer getaway. Kim was quick to respond with information regarding our booking and also very responsive to my questions before check-in. The location was great, just outside of North Conway but only a few minutes from everything. The views were amazing. While we spent most of our time out exploring the area, the condo was well equipped with everything you would need and the kids especially enjoyed playing some of the games at night.

A Short Title

The owners were a pleasure to deal with. They answered all my inane questions. The place was perfectly clean and organized, and we needed for nothing. (Might want to mention you have a kuerig coffee machine. Huge upsell. I brought mine unknowingly). Cant wait to book next year!

Great Place to Stay!

Roomy, well stocked kitchen, great location with views. We needed grab bars for the showers and better operating instructions for the pellet stove. None of us ever uses one before. We tried to light it.

This is a great condo. All that you would expect for a top owner and more. Great ammenities, great access to North Conway and Mt. Washington. Ifyou are coming this way, this is a great place to stay

Amazing!

This space was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids (ages 1 and 3). Spectacular views, lots of space, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Would 100% stay here again in the future!

Amazing views!

Continues to impress

I absolutely love this property. I have stayed here before in October of 2020 and would love to continue to come. Kim is such an great host, she was able to work with me multiple times with having to rebook a booking I had for 2021 to have to change it twice due to being deployed with the military 2 years in a row. She was extremely nice in allowing me to rebook and working with me on everything. This was the first time I have stayed in NH around the Holidays and it was great. There was a fantastic pellet stove that kept it nice and warm and cozy and everything enjoyed the trip. Thank you Kim!

As Advertised

This property is exactly as advertised. "Million $ views! " Its a beautiful Mountain view out of the glass sliders. Condo was perfect for my sister and I who went to relax and do a little shopping. We had a few questions for Jim & Kim. They responded quickly. Even checked with us a little later during our stay to be sure everything was good!! Would definitely recommend it and would go back again.

Fantastic view on the mountains!

Well located . Spacious condo, perfect for 6 adults. Quiet area. Surprise when we got in as the cleaning crew did not show up before our arrival. Our host took care of it and everything was fixed the following morning. Great stay.

Nice, but lacking

We loved the setup and location of the condo. We enjoyed the space for our stay as the 3 bedrooms worked really well for our multi-generational family. The pool was also nice to have! Unfortunately there were more cons that outweighed the pros. We arrived to towels in the laundry and a full dishwasher, both things we had to take care of ourselves. One bed was too soft and one was rock solid. The shower liners were mildewy and there were cigarette butts littering the back deck. The venetian blinds in the front bedroom didn't work and had to be closed one by one by hand. There was no AC so the condo was muggy and hot. One of the bunk bed's sheets had not been cleaned or changed and some of the towels were stained. The insulation is poor between units so we could hear everything from both sides and upstairs (where 11 people were staying and stomping around). One would think that with a large cleaning fee charged that the place would be clean and items (like the laundry, dishewasher and cigarette butts) taken care of, but unfortunately that was not the case. Could have been a perfect stay if there weren't so many things lacking.

Perfect for our quick getaway

This location was perfect for our trip and the views just made it better! We did a day of hiking and exploring the White Mountains and this proved to be a good central location. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were comfortable. If I had to give a negative, it would be the upstair neighbors. We could hear them talking and hear their tv late into the night. Communication with Kim was excellent. We had a couple question upon our rather late arrival, and she was very quick to respond!
