"Property was ok. Clean. Staff very friendly. It was the other guests smoking every where and not quite sure what they were smoking. Well, I do know, just stunk up the outside."

"My Room was very clean and in perfect condition. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location was awesome, and transportation to Universal was complimentary and always available. Only 2 complaints. To park in the parking garage cost an extra $19/night, which was not expected when I purchased my reservation. It would not have changed my decision to stay even if I would have known it in advance. Also, I helped an elderly couple find their room. When entering their room, there was someone's belongings in the room. That room had been double booked. That could have turned into a very bad situation if the other occupants would have been there. Overall, I give this Hotel a 10. I Loved it."

"My family and I have an amazing time at this property. We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday we enjoyed everything his property had to offer. The water park was kid and adult friendly, the foam party and Hula night was amazing. breakfast buffet was worth it. Great place to vacation with your family. Saft was great as well. "

"Nice swimming pool. Ice maker location is not on every level. Toiletry supplies are limited, bath towers are not enough. "
