"Stayed one night with my dog, very nice and friendly lady at check in and other staff friendly as well, room was good size and clean, nice breakfast. Would come back."

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good although of the two days I had breakfast I was only asked once for my room number to confirm I'd paid for it. I could have had it for free on the first day. I liked the option of getting a voucher at the bar if I opted not to have my room cleaned. About a 10 min walk to the university and about 15 mins from the station so a good location for me. I would certainly return here when visiting Essen again."
