とても快適でした。インターラーケン　ウェスト駅から徒歩５分。ホテルは商店街の中央に位置しており徒歩一分内にスーパーのCOOP,マック、観光案内所、ETC.とロケーション抜群。建物は古いようですが部屋は洗面、浴室ともにリメイクされ清潔でした。ちょっと水の出が細いかも。朝食はスイスのこのクラスでは大分良いかと思います。美味しく頂きました。エレベーターも２基あり待つことなく、またパブリックスペースも広くスタッフも若い方が沢山おり問合せなどに対して全てスムーズに対応して頂きました。

Best Hotel in interlaken
We had a wonderful vacation in Interlaken. Hotel is close to Bus station and Train station. We can easily go to anywhere. Hotel Breakfast was very good. Reception is very kind. If I visit Interlaken again, I will use this Hotel.

Excellent hotel with great location. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend someone looking to stay in the main street area. You ll be close to everything. Breakfast was decent too.

Must choose this hotel. Super close to the train station actually walking distance. Plenty places to eat and shopping souvenir etc. You will love this Hotel.

Super cute hotel in a great location, but I do have a few complaints. First, the beds are not very comfortable in my opinion, they are far too firm. Pretty much like sleeping on the floor, Second, they only provide one pillow per person. This may be sufficient for some but definitely not us. I saw where others have complained about this in the past so was surprised it hasn’t been addressed given it’s such an easy fix. Third, it has a nice bar but tonight they pulled the bartender to help with the restaurant because of a staffing shortage. I had to track someone down to order a drink, again to order a second round, and again to pay the check. Others in the bar were openly complaining and several others gave up and left without ever being served. I completely understand that sometimes things happen, but for no one to regular check on the bar patrons when the bar was still open, and for the manager not to comp a drink or two for the inconvenience is not the mark of good management in my opinion.

1/2 the property had no hot water due to pipe rupture. I learned that the staff knew this when i checked in and did not inform or offer me a room that had hot water. Upon checking out, the front desk person said i should have told them and they would have accomodated...this was rude and unreasonable expectation. Additionally, they confused our reservations as i was with 3 friends and double charged my account with no authorization. I will be complaining directly as i must undue unauthorized transactions

A few items independent of each other, 1. The young gentleman at the front early reception was exceptional and couldn’t have been more helpful w/ local information,(excelent) 2. When we returned that evening to realized our heat was out and not working,( 31’ outside). That receptionist (older gentleman)was quite matter of fact and said all he could do was provide additional blankets, (change of room would have been a better alternative as the hotel was not that full). Additionally, it’s worth mentioning the lobby reception area is beautiful, outside of that our room seemed a bit worn out and cheaply put together.

This is a great boutique hotel in the center of Interlaken. Adam was especially attentive and assisted my husband and I. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We found our stay to be quite disappointing. The hotel room was clean, and the reception staff displayed commendable helpfulness and politeness However, our experience was ruined by lack of vegetarian options during breakfast, which we consider to be a vital meal, especially when traveling abroad. The only hot vegetarian dish offered was falafel, and it was disappointingly dry. Switzerland is known for its hospitality, but when we asked if the chef could whip up something else, the restaurant staff were kind of rude and said no. We've been all over the world, including lots of places in Europe, and this was one of our biggest disappointments. Just so you know, this isn't a budget hotel, the prices are in line with others around here. So, if you're a vegetarian, we'd recommend looking elsewhere for a breakfast that suits your taste. Additionally, it is important to mention that the room lacked a mini fridge, rendering it impossible to store outside food for cooking or safekeeping within the room. So you're in a tough spot if you're a vegetarian and staying here. We hope this feedback proves valuable to potential visitors.

Apesar da ótima localização, o quarto é muito ruim e muito caro pelo que oferece. Não merece nem 3 estrelas. O atendimento é ótimo e o café da manhã muito bom mas, mesmo assim, a tarifa não condiz com o que cobram. Não ficaria la novamente. Me decepcionei.

If I were to ever come back to Switzerland, I’d stay here again. It is close to both Interlaken west and OST. Loved the hotel! It was aesthetically pleasing with essentials needed for our stay.

This place is in a middle of everything. 5 mins walk from Interlaken West. Shopping areas and dining areas are around the area. Decent size of room. Budget friendly if you book ahead. The breakfast is phenomenal. Staff are super friendly. Harder Kulm is about 15 minutes walk and it's a must see. Looking forward to stay here again.

Eu viajo muito e esse é um hotel 2.5 a 3 estrelas NO MÁXIMO que se vende como 4. Os quartos são bem pequenos, por isso fique esperto porque eles tem quartos com cama de solteiro (o que em hotéis 4 estrelas o padrão mínimo da cama é de casal) e muitos SEM AR CONDICIONADO. Se você está indo no inverno, não sei qual e o quão bom é a estrutura de aquecimento, mas para o verão é passar calor ou abrir a janela e dormir com mosquitos. Excelente localização e tem uma recepção com artes modernas com staff prontos para ajudar.
