「The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area.」

An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site.
Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. Added to that, there was no kitchen in the Hotel and hence no breakfast; so I had to go elsewhere in the Mumbai rain for my breakfast.

I arrived early morning but the hotel was full so I was unable to see a room, but after speaking with Rahul Harne (morning duty manager) & later I spoke with Siddhesh Berde (F & B Executive) over a nice cup of coffee, I decided to book.
