"Given the location (at the border, far away from larger cities) and given the price, this hotel clearly aims at a luxury market. It has a 5* spa, but the rest of the experience is 3* at max. The overall looks of the hotel are nice but just functional. The room is natural wood but lacks any signs of luxury. The food in the restaurant was average at best. "Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Personal und sehr gute Küche. Der Wellnessbereich war gepflegt und groß. Die Lage und Aussicht von Hotel sehr schön. Leider war das Zimmer arg in die Jahre gekommen. An der Tür fehlte das automatische Schloss (mit Karte), es war abgebrochen, das Zimmer war dunkel und sehr klein. Obwohl Doppelzimmer gebucht, war es nur für eine Person hergerichtet.
