Tolles Familiengeführtes Hotel! Besonders hervorheben muss man das sehr zuvorkommende Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption! Super Hotel für jeglichen Wintersport mit tollem Essen und super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit eigenem Koch!

Ho soggiornato per due notti in una “suite” se così si può dire. Mobilio, bagno e porte in pessimo stato. Zona SPA altrettanto datata. Ci è stato fatto solo lo sconto per il cane e parcheggio.

Sehr schöner, aber zu kurzer, Kurzurlaub ;)

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel Stubaierhof, wo es uns sehr gut gefallen hat! Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war im Grossen und Ganzen alles bestens.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wären noch zu verbessern: So kam aus der Dusche abwechselnd von eisigkaltem bis feuerheissem Wasser. - Vorsichtig duschen war angesagt. Zudem haben wir - wie zu dieser Zeit üblich - die Stubai Card erhalten, mit der unter anderem diverse Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzt werden können. Wir stellen keinen Anspruch darauf, dass diese dann auch garantiert fahren. Aber die Info, dass die ortsansässige Kreuzjoch-Bahn seit vergangenem Wochenende geschlossen ist und dass die Bahn auf den Stubai-Gletscher ebenfalls nicht fährt, wäre angebracht gewesen. Leider haben wir beides jeweils erst vor Ort erfahren müssen. Aber abgesehen von diesen kleineren Unschönheiten hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Verpflegung nachmittags war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig, wie auch das Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen liess. Beim Abendessen konnten wir jeweils zwischen einem Fleisch- einem Fisch- und einem vegetarischen Hauptgang wählen. Leider waren die Portionen der Fleisch-Hauptgänge jeweils etwas gar klein geraten.Dank der grossen Auswahl bei den anderen Gängen, die in Buffetform angeboten wurden, musste jedoch bestimmt niemand hungrig ins Bett gehen. Bezüglich Service, der hier ab und zu bemängelt wurde, können wir uns nicht beklagen. Einzig abends an der Bar dürfte das Personal etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Ambivalente Erfahrungen im Stubaierhof. Besonders die verschmutzten und abgewohnten Zimmer trübten den sonst guten Gesamteindruck. Hohe (aber ortsübliche Preise) sind im Restaurant wegen der sehr hohen Qualität der Speisen gerechtfertigt, beim Frühstück aber überzogen.Beim Personal sind besonders die Angestellten in der Poststubn, im Wellnessbereich und der junge Herr Kilian an der Rezeption wegen ihrer Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz zu erwähnen. Der Rest der Belegschaft fällt hier deutlich ab. Abschließend noch ein Wort zu den KFZ-Abstellplätzen: absolut nicht ausreichend, zu klein und was der Gipfel ist: Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage hat einen Böschungswinkel, der trotz langsamster Fahrweise den Frontspoiler einer serienmäßigen Mercedes E-Klasse aufsetzen ließ. Nicht auszudenken was passiert wäre, wenn ich mit dem Carrera gekommen wäre.

We were not on their list for breakfast and there was hassle every morning even though we had checked with reception that our package included this. Very surly staff was disappointing. Added to this, the couple we were travelling with were then charged for breakfast on the final bill. However, lovely rooms, excellent spa and beauty treatments. Good access to ski buses. Taxi to airport good with helpful driver.

Zimmer sehr schön, Essen super, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, vor allem hier der Service von Sauna Peter, wirklich sehr zum empfehlen. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Parksituation, viel zu wenig Plätze vorhanden und viel zu eng. Der Service im Essens bereich und an der Bar ein Fiasko. Wir hatten einen Platz im hintersten Eck zugewiesen bekommen, Teller wurden trotz Buffet nicht abgeräumt . Wir saßen zu fünft an einem Tisch und konnten somit unsere Teller nicht auf die Seite räumen. Trotz mehrfachen vorbei gehen des Servicepersonales wurden die Teller nicht abgeräumt. Dasselbe auch beim Frühstück. Es wurde sich lieber um die Tische gekümmert an dem bereits niemand mehr saß. Diese wurden abgeräumt. Getränkeempfehlungen vom Preis falsch etc. Mit dem Service waren wir nicht zufrieden auch an der Freundlichkeit hat es stark gemangelt. Das gleiche Problem auch an der Bar. Das erste Getränk kam relativ zügig. Danach erfolgt weder das Abräumen der leeren Getränke noch konnte man was nachbestellen, obwohl die Bar nicht wirklich voll war. Der Kellner tauchte erst wieder auf mit der Bitte man solle doch die Bar in 5 Minuten verlassen da er Feierabend machen möchte. Schade, wirklich sonst ein Top Hotel aber der Service passt nicht zu einem 4 Sterne Haus. An der Reception war man bemüht, hat es aber auch nicht hinbekommen, auf unsere E-mails von Anreis zu antworten oder die

Das Personal hatte wirklich ein offenes Ohr für mich als Gast, das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und es war im Zimmer wie auch sonst hübsch eingerichtet. Leider hatte ich tatsächlich das Gefühl, dass die Matratzen etwas Schieflage haben und nach außen hin leicht abschüssig sind. Ich lag in beiden Betten über den Aufenthalt. Trotzdem war der Schlaf erholsam. Ich würde hier wieder herkommen, vielen Dank.

Nice lobby, but rooms are old and need a refresh!

The hotel is located in a nice area. There's restaurants around and it's pretty calm. The lobby looks amazing. The restaurant has good food. But the rooms could definitely get a refresh! We loved the photos on hotels.com, but when we saw the rooms in reality, we were really sad. :( The spa is also closing really early, so that we couldn't even use the facilities. The parking situation is also not the best... I would rate it with 5/10 points, but since the price was super high, it's not worth more than 3/10 points!

Nice hotel in a nice valley

The Hotel all in all is really good. We were in the new part of the hotel and the room are really nice and cozy. The SPA is one of the best hotel SPA I've ever been with loads of different saunas and treatment. The food is good and the chef makes an effort to present the dishes in a nice way; I think the strong skills of the chef were in the desserts. The only criticism I have is that I'm a 4 star hotel which cater to an internationl public the time allocate to the dinner should be a bit more flexible. Ending dinner at 20 is not acceptable.Nevertheless I would strongly suggest to book a stay in this hotel.

Mittelklasse Hotel mit Top Küche

Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet, also passend zur Umgebung in den Bergen. Jedoch alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der TV ist Mini, hat die Grösse eines Computer Monitors. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell, nur Lachs fehlt, das Abendessen echt top! Vorspeisen Buffet und fünf Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl. Die Öffnungszeiten vom Wellness und Fitness Bereich sind eine Frechheit. Von 07.30h bis 19.30h. Und auf die Frage warum das Fitness Center so früh schliesst bekommt man eine pampige Antwortet anstatt ein Erklärung. In Summe hätte ich mehr als nur gutes Essen erwartet.

L'hotel nel complesso è carino anche se non modernissimo e alcune parti leggermente trascurate. L'acqua a tavola però viene venduta a 4.60 euro per 0.75 lt e il cameriere (marocchino) si rifiuta di portare la caraffa di acqua del rubinetto, La titolare poi al momento del pagamento si arrabbia in maniera esagerata se controllate gli importi della fattura gridando che qui siamo in Austria. Il personale forse avrebbe bisogno di qualche corso di aggiornamento....
