"We loved the kiddie pool and slide. The slide wasn't open consistently, but there were lifeguards who would try to keep it open when needed. The gym was small but really nice. It had water and towels for guest use. The pool restroom wasn’t clean and didn’t have hand soap. The front desk was friendly. They had fresh baked cookies every evening. The adult pool looked really nice, overlooked the lake."

"We had a great time at this lovely lake house. We spent most of the time in the beautiful pool or exploring the area. We had an excellent time renting a pontoon boat for a day at Just For Fun. You definitely need a car to get around as there are no sidewalks. The house was fully furnished with what we needed and very spacious and clean. Paula was very responsive though we had no issues while we were there."

"I would have given this property a 5 star except for the air conditioning. Apparently, a new air conditioner had just been installed the week before we arrived and technicians were there immediately trying to regulate each floor. HillarySkye, the property manager, was unbelievable in her accessibility…she answered every text immediately and had someone out to the property promptly. I can’t say enough about her…she was super womanThe home was clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they were exactly as portrayed on the site. Clean and maintained Bottom line: we all have issues with our own appliances and air conditioners at homefrom time to time. I’m sure this was a “1 off” situation. But thank you Hillary for staying on top of everything! You were “golden”"

"For the price, we expected larger living areas and kitchen. With 16 people, it was often crowded. Three bedrooms (10 people, including 4 toddlers) sharing one bathroom was not ideal. The property description was misleading regarding that. Difficulty in communicating prior to arrival resulted in many duplications brought of items already in the house, as well as items listed in the amenities not actually included. It was a fun weekend at the lake and in the pool for the family but the property was a disappointment."

"This house is fabulous! The views are spectacular! The house is perfect for a large family. Multiple areas to provide gathering space. Accommodates a lot of different ages as well with games and toys. And if you have a dog, there is a nice fenced in area. The location is very quiet and relaxing. It felt private. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. There are very nice restaurants and shopping near by. However, if you want to eat and home, the kitchen is well stocked with the basics. There was a nice gas barbecue grill available as well. Great communication with the host. Plenty of information provided at time of booking and then again right before arrival and at check out. Was comfortable contacting the host with any questions or issues. Would highly recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of 5. The photos online are excellent but don’t show all the wonderful things about the property, like the watch tower, which was a fun feature. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we especially enjoyed the backyard and pool, which included an outdoor kitchen and had a lovely view of Lake Travis. Although the pool was undergoing routine maintenance during our stay, it never interfered with our ability to use it. The chickens on the property were a fun and unique touch!The villa is private and quiet; you don’t hear road noise, which we appreciated. Downtown Austin is roughly 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic, so the home provided a needed respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Grocery stores and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes of the property. Our host was attentive, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was thoughtful to leave our snacks for our arrivals. It’s obvious she loves the property because it doesn’t feel like a house; it feels like home. The property is definitely a premium rental, but if you’re traveling with a group, the space, amenities, and overall experience make it worthwhile. Our group loved our time at the villa and I enjoyed chatting with the host as well. She’s just lovely. We would happily stay here again."
