FAQs

★ Do we have access to a pool or spa? ★

We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ Are there noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes. This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

It may be possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. Early check-in / Late check-out (up to 2 hours): $75 fee. Please note that due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes. - The maximum number of guests is as listed on the booking—no extra guests allowed.



-Parties & events are strictly prohibited.

-All guests are required to review and sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. This is a standard requirement and must be completed in order to receive check-in instructions. Failure to complete the waiver may result in denied access to the property

-We require contact details for all adult guests staying at the property.

-We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors.
