Exterior Issues
From looking at the pictures, you can not see the rest of the house. I am sure when the pictures were taken the backyard area was great.
Booking no problem.
Added a day prior to arrival and was given a discount.
Check in instructions were not received, I needed to email the owner - she responded to my personal email address which is not suppose to happen per VRBO, but I was fine with it.
Upon Arrival the computer was down and their were roughly 120 cars in front of us. It took over 45 minutes to enter the property.
Interior was clean and well stocked.
Back yard - There was broken glass on the concrete right in front of the sliding door to the back yard.
Two Sun shades were broken around the house and hanging down over the chairs it looked as if both could fall at anytime. These had aluminum frames that would have injured anyone sitting below them.
The side of the house and pool and debris from all over the place.
The side gate was broken and the post was on the floor.
There were 4 plus broken screens scattered on the floor of the exterior.
The fire pit had bricks and debris inside it. I don't think it was ever used.
The gas Grill was no working. There were 3 empty propane bottles around the grill.
There was trash such as empty cups and bottles by the pool area.
Standing exterior ashtray filled with trash and cigarette butts.
We left a day earlier than expected. I emailed and sent pictures to the owner and never received a response, which was surprising, no apology of any kind.
Interior was great.
