Guest Access:
Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique door code for self-check-in. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, ensuring a fully private and comfortable stay. This includes all of the outdoor spaces with the exception of one locked closet for equipment and supplies. Parking is permitted in the garage and driveway (can accommodate up to five compact vehicles). No street parking 10 pm - 6 am.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in Indian Palms, Indio, CA, in a private & gated golf course community, Indian Palms Country Club.
Also known as the ‘City of Festivals’ (Stagecoach, Coachella, & more), Indio is located near shopping, golfing, hiking, and dining options.
Getting Around:
If you don’t have a car, car rentals are available and most convenient for exploring the area. Let me know if I can help!
Other Things to Note:
To keep my nightly rates at a stronger value and to avoid wasteful energy use, the basic rental rate does not include heating the pool and spa (it's already warm in the spring and summer months anyway!). If you do plan to use the pool/spa during your stay and you wish to have them heated, just let me know and I will have it pre-heated before your arrival for an additional fee ($65/night or $400/week) with a minimum two-day charge.
Please inquire about spa-only heating on-demand, happy to discount the heating fee to an hourly rate.
**Pet Fee: $195 per pet, per stay (maximum of two pets allowed). Pets are welcome (up to a maximum of two), but there are some breed restrictions for dogs, so please check with me prior to booking. All pets must be house-trained and poop in the yard must be picked up and properly disposed (additional charges will apply for accidents in the house and/or poop left in the yard). Pets are not allowed in the pool or spa. If pet hair is discovered pool filter, a filter cleaning charge of $495 will be charged. **
We charge an additional $100 per person per night for each guest beyond 8 people.
The property and pool/backyard are fully gated. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door, driveway and sides of the house, . (Your privacy is important to us. No security cameras are inside the home).

Interaction with Guests:
The home has a smart lock with a programmable wifi lock. Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with a 4-digit code that is unique to you and will provide you access to the home for the entirety of your stay.
If you have any questions or concerns at the time of your check-in or at anytime during your stay, please reach out to me through the booking platform, or reach out to my local property manager, Shana. Her contact info is located in the Welcome Book inside the home (on the desk in the living room) and in the digital guide you receive through the platform.
