"The staff were very friendly, but the hotel isn't the best. First, when I entered the room my shoes were sticking because the floors were so grimy. Next, all of the soaps and hair products that they offer, were all complete out and so when I was in the shower, I found out the hard way. As for the complimentary breakfast, don't bother. They served pancakes thru this tiny machine that you had to wait for it to make pancakes. It was broken so it wasn't working properly and the pancakes came out shredded. The bacon was so rubbery. I appreciate when a hotel wants to do this for their customers, but this was a total mess. If all of their hotels are like this, I won't be using them again."
