Great location! It was 2.2 miles from the Lucas Oil stadium, so we walked to the Colts game. There are a couple nice breakfast places walking distance away. Easy check in, clean space. Definitely recommend!

This place is fantastic - not only was it incredibly clean, but the check in process was easy! Not to mention the location is unbeatable. I am not a fan of sleeping away from the comfort of my own bed, often not sleeping well in other places, but the beds were so comfortable I had no issues! We met the neighbor who was super friendly and there was parking in a garage which just made the trip that much more enjoyable. Absolutely will keep this place in mind for future stays!

We had a fabulous time in this rental unit. It is so close to Bottleworks and Mass Ave. The unit was ready on time and immaculately clean. I appreciated the gate at the top of the entry stairs. We had more than enough space and the beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again!

Although we only stayed for one night it is an impressive home it is clean,well equipped and very comfortable. Don't be surprised by the robot vacuum.

Was a great experince. Lots of space, very competitively priced, conformtable beds, in a very walkable area and plenty of dish ware. Only suggestions would be to have some kind of anti-slip help in the tibs, and to update the TVs (we couldnt use any streaming services)

Mecum auction trip

We went to Indy to go to an auction for a couple of days and wanted to stay in an area near the fairgrounds and near an entertainment district. This property is close to Mass Ave and not too far from downtown. The Garage was pretty much across the street and was the go to place for food because of thr variety. The house was clean and lots of towels and bedding.
