The house was dirty from top to bottom. Floors were sticky. Lights and vents were taped up to the ceiling. Fence in the front was falling down. Front door did not close properly and kept blowing open. Found several ants crawling on the floor. Bathroom door in the master will not open all the way because of how unlevel the floor was. One positive is that the owner was nice and was able to change my booking by a day.

House very spacious House is clean Main level of home very chilly. The floor was very cold. Not very hot water for showering Not sure about neighborhood we were fine but seemed a bit run down in the surrounding homes and neighborhood. Needs laundry room, definitely not enough clean towels for the bathrooms. I can appreciate the owner making an effort to offering a profitable source of income. Just wish the main floor was warmer and the water much hotter for showers. We would stay again if the neighborhood was a bit more safe.

The property was nice and very comfortable. We felt safe in the home, but the neighborhood is a little less than what I would have wanted. House was very clean and we had access to all the amenities. Our only critique is that there were no visible checkout instructions posted so I had to message the host to get details of what she wanted us to do for checkout. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice house, close to downtown. We were there for a conference and didnt want to stay in a hotel downtown. We were pleased to find this nice house within a 10 min drive to downtown Indy. My only suggestion would be for the first floor bedroom. Maybe a sliding barn door option...or a curtain. Otherwise the bed is exposed to the main living area. :)

We arrived, the TV was loud. It was uneasy walking in. Out of 4 bedrooms, there was NO BEDDING. There was trash in waste baskets, empty liquor bottles shoved in pantry. Long hairs everywhere. When the host tried to run bedding over 11pm, our things were inside, NOT SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, the door was left UNLOCKED!!!! And the bedding didn't fit, anyway. Host promised a full refund and then never sent it. Worst experience, out of MANY rentals.
