Note: this is a basement unit. You have to be able to go down the stairs. We do not have AC in this apartment but since this is a basement unit it stays cool and we also provide two portable fans for your comfort.

We have breaker box/switches located in this unit, so if the breaker trips we might ask you to give us access to the suite so we can switch the break back on. This doesn't happen all the time but it can happen and I believe something your should know before making a reservation.
