I had to extend my stay by one night and Hotels.com made it so difficult to add the night….there is literally no real person to talk to when an issue comes up!! "Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests."
