Berry Hill Cabin rests on a 755-acre tract of land. The cabin is close to the center. The property roughly goes both a mile north and south from the cabin as well as half a mile to the east and west of it.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms(two downstairs and one upstairs) and one bathroom with two living rooms and multiple places to sit and enjoy the amazing views of the Kansas prairie. The cabin has all the comforts of home and none of the distractions. Although located in rural Kansas, fiber internet is available at the house and if you choose you can stay as connected as you would like.

We think the property has a little bit of everything to offer which makes it unique. Besides the cabin rental, it is a working cattle ranch. There are approximately 270 acres for the 45 head of momma cows and their babies that reside at the place. There are 50 acres of hay meadows to get the cattle through the winter. There is 80 acres on the very north end that was put into agriculture in 2023. Typically, it raises soybeans in the summer and wheat in the spring and fall. There are 17 ponds on the place. Lastly we are nature enthusiasts. The remainder of the property is dedicated to 350 acres of timber, valleys and miles of trails that make up the majority of Berry Hill. Berry Hill is one of the highest points in the county at an elevation of 1030 feet.
