「I have been coming to Placencia for 20 years, and I so wish I'd known about this beautiful property before now! It's so clean, pretty and perfectly stocked with everything you need - better than some of the huge, million dollar plus VRBO homes I've stayed in. It's also the perfect location! 「The apartment is excellently located in Placencia. The owners who live above do a great job communicating. They have bikes available that got us down the town to the local beach. Lots of restaurants around and a store across the street. An extra bonus was use of the laundry downstairs. It was a big help since we were heading back into the jungle and needed to refresh our pants and long sleeves. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. 「Carmen and the staff truly care about you and your stay !!! So nice to see service has not gone out of style. Minor issues with cutlery and toilet that just need a chain. However requires a trip to Mango Creek. I'm sure it will get done. 」

「Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet.」

「This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
