Great condo & location

Very pleased with actual condo, and the location: very near Lake Tahoe and Reno. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very helpful staff (Laura & Brandi). We will definitely stay there again this winter for our ski vacation.

June Wedding

This property was perfect for our group, we were attending a wedding at Hyatt Incline Village, which was less than one mile away. Location was perfect on Shore Line Drive too!!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the location of this property, walking distance to the beach and the Hyatt. The rooms were comfortable for 8 adults. The kitchen is small and lacks some cooking needs, but it was manageable for feeding 8 people. This is a very clean and up to date unit. Definitely will return in the future.

No Maintenance Support

Heat in main living area did not work, fire place did not work, plumbing in upstairs shower stuck on HOT, could not use, dish washer did not work.No response when calling in more than once other than a bunch of "Sorry" lip service from cust rep. If it was winter the main living area would have been to cold to stay there. We left a day early.

Incline Village Wedding

We came to Incline Village for the first time for a family wedding. The house we rented was in a perfect location and had excellent accomodations. We traveled with our elderly parents. They stayed in the main level MBR which was perfect for them. The King beds and Queen bed were all very comfortable. The only upgrades needed are sheets that fit the beds and the dated furniture in the bedrooms. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Don’t expect to check in early

Their early check in policy is a blatant lie. Room inspectors were a lie too. There were no inspectors that inspected it like we were told as the reason we couldn’t enter early. We requested early check in at noon, 1pm, 2pm, & 3pm all the while waiting outside the unit. Then we got an automated text at 4 w the key code. Also there was not info about it being a 3 story apartment. Luckily our disabled family could stay in the lowest bedroom but there was not info on that - we had to ask. More detailed description would’ve helped. Location was great, size was great, kitchen floor was very dirty.

I was surprised that in this day and age there was not a good coffee maker let alone an espresso machine! No salad bowl of decent sizr for a condo that is supposed to accommodate up to 8 people. Most dishes were not well cleaned. The towels were old, stained and not matching.

Just what we needed.

Comfortable condo in a quiet area. Our three couples worked around the two bathrooms just fine and we were only a block from Incline Beach. We would definitely book this unit again.
