"Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be flexible, but not at all. When we arrived from out of town for a formal wedding we had to go to another family members hotel to dress. Disappointing they weren’t accommodating at all. Within 3 days of leaving there, the same credit card was compromised & used fraudulently for a very high dollar charge. This has never happened to us. Charge has been disputed and resolved after hours on phone with Visa. We question now if the fraudulent transaction didn’t come from this stay."

"What a beautiful and nice place to stay, and Vinnie was such a super host providing lots of information and making sure everything was great. Comfortable beds and furniture, inside and on the patio. We enjoyed having coffee time or an afternoon rest on the patios. I especially appreciated the recommendations for local things to enjoy, which was helpful for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. This was a great location so close to many activities we enjoyed. We hope to return again!"

"Wonderful stay. Tahoe is an exceptional destination. Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting. Very private blocking out the wind. Nice complimentary water bottles to drink from the whole stay and take home. Nice refrigerator. Great comfortable King bed. Good pillows and towels. Good food in available restaurants. Banks, grocery stores, and other amenities were not too far a drive away. Cons: two nights and three days, only one elevator was working the whole time. Delayed by up to ten minutes several times. Check in was not until 4:00--which was what was posted--but that was a long wait. Most hotels can get you in a bit sooner. Felt a bit strung along as started inquiring at noon and every half hour they said soon. Wish they had just said 4:00 and we could have gone sight seeing. Beach and restaurants closed for remodel in the lake area. Valet parking $50 a night and self parking $30 a night per person. That is high. Plus if came in late very limited parking in self parking. Had to park quite aways away."

"Beautiful View! We had a really nice stay overall.Positives: wonderful deck, nice hot tub, great location, nice privacy!Things to improve: First floor mattress needs an upgrade, could use a bigger TV. Enjoyed being so close to the water and great restaurants nearby. Would stay again. -Peggy"

"Our family of 11 adults and 5 kids (all under 9 years of age) had a wonderful experience at the Vue Court beautiful and expansive home. It had everything for everyone - from a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, to beach supplies. There were plenty of activities in and around the home for the kids - from an assortment of games including video games, air hockey, foosball and outdoor swings. The adults enjoyed the large gym, sauna, jacuzzi and full-size massage chair. The view of the lake from the deck was amazing and the property was beautifully kept. The host, Joseph Benson, is amazing too. He responded to every question that we had before arriving. His communication with information needed for our check-in was excellent and was accommodating to a late check out request. My family had a wonderful experience and we look forward to more visits to this beautiful home in the future."
