It’s easy to see why The Ritz-Carlton is considered the best hotel in Naples. That said, my room did have a sewer leak in the tub, which was disappointing given the brand’s reputation for flawless attention to detail. I trust this was an isolated issue and hope it’s addressed quickly so future guests can enjoy the full Ritz-Carlton experience without interruption. Despite that hiccup, I had a fantastic time and would absolutely return. The Ritz-Carlton continues to raise the bar for luxury travel."
