Good hotel, hard to find

This is a good place to stay but the map on this app shows it in the wrong place. Look on Google Maps for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It's right next door. It is in Tower 1 (there is no 40). There are two swimming pools but they both close on Mondays.

Un-Wonderful One Bedroom at Avida No. 40

I arrived past 8 PM. Check in, took almost an hour to verify as I was not included in the list of guest. The room is dirty, shower glass door filled w soap stain, cooking range top filled w pork grease, scattered hair on the floor, so as in the toilet seat, the cleaning materials was exposed in the bathroom. The room is filled up w smell from cooking oil thus irritate my throat. I lost my confidence to use their towel, so as the beddings. I thought this trip should be a relaxing one, but ended up a hassle.

No netflix. wifi information provided is in accurate, we need to find out what wifi name and password is working, unstable connection as well. We did try to coordinate to the property owner but takes time for them to reply. We choose this place coz its cheaper good for 6. In the contract it says if we have additional visitors we just have to inform them.. however it doesnt show in the contract that maximum of 6 persons including visitors. Information that they provide during the booking is in aaccurate, no personal utilities provided such as shampoo and bathsoap.. Well.. price is cheaper expect cheap service as well.. its like you get what you paid for.
