Magnificent Family Home on the Water

Located on Île-aux-Moines, this property consists of two recently renovated holiday homes combined, offering 300 m² and accommodating up to 23 guests in 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. You have two fully equipped private kitchens, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, high chair, and three baby cots for your comfort.

Enjoy a 4,500 m² garden with direct access to the sea. A barbecue is available for outdoor meals, as well as a ping-pong table, badminton net, and two four-person canoes for your leisure. The house is bright thanks to large windows and enjoys sunlight throughout the day.

Experience absolute tranquility, accompanied only by the sounds of nature and the gentle waves. The house combines comfort with old-world charm, featuring carefully selected materials and refined decoration. The spacious garden with sea view is perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and family games. Whether you come to rest, recharge, or enjoy the nearby sea, this home offers a serene retreat.

Final cleaning does not include cleaning the barbecue, putting away clean dishes, or repositioning furniture. Bed linen and towel rental is available for an extra fee, to be requested when booking.

Rigid boat rentals are offered at Port Blanc. Events are not allowed, and quiet must be respected from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
