"Everything about Cavos Bay is excellent! The rooms are bright and clean, and the staff is amazing. Everyone from the owner to the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping was warm and friendly. They treat everyone like family. I will definitely come back! ❤️"

"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "Friendly and helpful staff, the owners too, nice breakfast, and best view ever!! I would of liked to give 5 stars but the beds are bit too hard and not enough pillows for a stay of more than 2 nights. You're better to have a car or scooter rental, as taxis need to be prearranged. Walking is doable, but it's a very steep hike from village to the hotel."
