• Third bedroom: Daybed with pull-out trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests
🍳The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay, and a laundry room just off the kitchen includes detergent for your convenience.

Relax on the spacious patio with plenty of seating and a 4–5 person hot tub—ideal for unwinding under the stars. A large umbrella offers great shade on warm summer days.

🅿️The carport provides parking for one vehicle, but the driveway has room for 3 total vehicles.
🛻There is a gate at the end of the driveway that you are welcome to leave open or latched. The driveway is directly off the main road and is flat, but during winter season, we highly recommend having a vehicle with at least front wheel drive with high quality tires or snow tires.

•Trip Insurance Is Strongly Recommended: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Please note that refunds are not issued due to weather-related issues or illness.
•Child Supervision: For safety, please keep a close eye on young children at all times. Please discuss with them our house rules and make sure they are monitored in the hot tub at all times.
•Hot Tub Use: Follow all posted guidelines when using the hot tub. Improper use may result in damage.
•Damage Policy: Any damage to the hot tub may incur an additional fee of up to $500
•The home includes a microwave, toaster, coffee pot w/coffee, gas stove w/oven, refrigerator w/ filtered water dispenser and all cookware.
•WIFI works great but cell phone service can be spotty due to the mountain location or minimal depending on your provider. Using the provided WIFI will allow you to enable WIFI calling and texting on most phones. Please note: If you have Verizon and have not used WIFI calling before, please contact them before your arrival to turn this feature on.
•The property is in an area where we have an abundance of wildlife. We are surrounded by Mother Nature. If you or your guest have an issue with bugs, chipmunks, squirrels, mice, deer, elk, fox, moose and your occasional bear, then this will not be the right fit for you. We will not, at any time issue a refund if you book then have an issue with the environment.
•This is a mountain home located at 8,300 elevation. It’s important to read the full description and look at all pictures to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
