"Clean but run down hotel. Staff is nice but inept do not recommend."

"Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through them? Waiting to hear back on that. "

"The room wasn’t great, the floor was sloped, bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin to where we could hear the neighbor yelling at night and what sounded like him puking in the morning. The dresser was pulled away from the wall, I didn’t move it back due to how heavy it was and it scraping the flooring. My wife and I had gone out for dinner and we watched the housekeeping staff pile dirty towels and other lines into a basket to watched them dig the clean ones out from underneath the pile of dirty sheets. While in the rest room I watched the bathtub start to backfill from the drain. Our stay got to the point of us doing whatever we could to not be there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Ok. So the property is a little worn down. If you want a five star motel, pay the price. If you want a deal, this is your place. For an overnight stay to catch an early flight, its perfect. It wasnt dirty and the staff was amazing. The cruel reviews are nonsense. These individuals are trying and thats commendable. I would definitely stay again. I had a wake up call and shuttle sevice. The staff made my stay perfect. Getting up at 4am is rough enough. There smiles and upbeat personalities took the pain away. Thank you!!!!"
