施設が古いのは承知の上の宿泊でしたが、思った以上でした。 フロント、レストラン、砂風呂など、スタッフは、どの方も丁寧に対応していただきました。 しかし、食事の時の段取りの悪さは辟易。 飲酒をしない宿泊客は、当然食事のテンポは、早いもの。 「ご飯をください」と、何度言ってもなかなか出てこない。 やっと、出てきて食事を終えているのになかなかデザートが出てこない。 　折角の旅の楽しみの夕食の時間がかなり残念なものになってしまいました。

全体的に古さが目立つがノスタルジック

施設全体が古く、汚れや痛みがひどい 経年による汚れや痛みだが、全体的に清掃が行き届いているとは言い切れない部分もあり残念。 ただし対人接客は熟れていないが丁寧で不快感はありません。 どこか昭和時代の修学旅行を思い出させるようなノスタルジックな雰囲気を味わえるホテルでした。

温泉♨️は、砂風呂もあり良いお湯です。

温泉♨️は、とても良いお湯でした。 遅い時間のチェックインで、砂風呂にはいれなく残念でした。 今回は、満室でシティビューのお部屋の予約をしてしまいましたが 海が一望の最高のポディションのホテルですので、オーシャンビューのお部屋をおすすめします。

残念です。

経年劣化のため部屋風呂は見た事もないほど汚いです。 バルコニーは掃除はされていないので汚いし、手すりはさび・壁にはヒビで危険です。 ユニットバスにもかかわらず壁と床の間に隙間があり、お風呂が綺麗であったとしても、床に落ちた水がどこに流れていくのが心配ではいれません。 幸いなことに大浴場は綺麗で、観光客もほとんどいなかったので貸し切り状態でゆっくりできました。 できればせめて女風呂には化粧水と乳液は置いてほしかったです。 砂風呂は綺麗に整備されていて、出たらすぐ隣が大浴場なので良かったです。雨でも屋根が付いているので砂風呂は利用でき気持ち良かったです。 従業員の方々はいつも笑顔で接してくれたので気持ちはいいですが、ホテルの劣化がひどいのが残念です。 部屋の広さ・従業員の接客・砂風呂・大浴場だけはお勧めですが、次回はないです。

Old Hotel. Don't expect too much.

A quite old Seaside Hotel. Everywhere looks dilapidated, rusted and lack of maintenance. No wifi and network cable socket in the room. Very poor Docomo and Softbank signals. There is a Japanese restaurant for dinner in the hotel, but no seat could be offered unless reservation was made before noon time. The only attractive was the sand-bath service with a reasonable price.

建物は古いが料理はオススメ！

建物は古く部屋トイレは扉が仮設みたいで最悪・浴室は使いたくない。 温泉は良く、小学生の子供が砂風呂をとても気に入り温泉も良かったです。 料理の味が朝晩共に大変良く、両親も子供も大変喜んでくれました。

お部屋が広くて、海がきれいに見えて良かったです。ただ、プールがあるのにコインランドリーがなかったよで、濡れた水着を乾かすのがたいへんでした。生乾きのまま、送りました。あと、と風呂場に洗面台があるので、ちょっと不便でした。 全体としては、砂蒸し温泉に入り朝食も美味しかったので、楽しく旅行を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。

のんびりと過ごすのに快適です。

砂蒸し風呂などのんびりと過ごせました。早朝のお散歩では、すぐ側の海辺で貝殻拾いもできてよかったです。子供もレストランのオーダーストップの時間が予定と違ったので遅くなりそうな時は事前に時間を確認した方がいいです。近隣も9時頃には閉店している事多し。

大人だけならば不自由は特になし、未就学児(料金が発生しない)がいる場合不自由あり。 和室で布団をひいてくれたのですが大人2、小人1、未就学児2の5人で3枚しか布団がひかれませんでした。布団は予備があってもシーツや枕がなく。無理やり寝ました。ひかなくてもせめてクローゼットに置いてほしかった。

初めての指宿温泉滞在

砂蒸しも体験できて指宿温泉を堪能しました。ホテルのロケーションも海のすぐそばにあり良いと思いますが建物が少し古くなっておりその点が気になりました。また外のプールは夏しか使わないのは分かりますが水が入ってないのをレストランから丸見えなのはいかがでしょうか？
