「Great location. Don't expect a luxurious property or room, but rather a quaint property with a clean basic room to sleep and shower. Front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed the bar area within the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!」

「チェックイン時の男性スタッフの説明が適当で理解ができなかった。１階の部屋はかび臭くて暗く、まるで地下室にいるようであった。部屋の中も点灯しないランプがあり、テレビも「NO SIGNAL」の状態で全く使用できなかったので、スタッフが宿泊者を受け入れる前に部屋の確認をしていないと思います。」

「夫婦、小学生2人、幼稚園児1人で8月に利用しました。 よかった点 安い 車で近くに大きなスーパーがある。 改善してほしい点 製氷機が稼働していない。 外に通じるドアが閉まりにくい。 プールが閉まっていた。コロナ対策のようだ。 Wi-Fiが弱すぎて、繋がらない。 古い建物だからこそ、ロビーや、フロントは整理整頓に努めてほしい。スタッフの方は親切でした。」

「The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

「At first when we checked in, we were not given the cabin that we paid for in Expedia. I paid for a six person deluxe when I got there. I got a six person sleeper then getting to our cabin, my friend fell. I called up to the main office. No one was really concerned. No one had a first aid kit had a few medical supplies here and there. Had no medical supplies just what they had in drawers and they were no in a rush to give them to us.
