"When I booked three adjoining rooms online, it said that it was verified. When I arrived to the hotel, the girl said that they didn’t have adjoining rooms and that I couldn’t cancel the room that was initially for the kids. I also could not get 3 rooms on the same floor. We ended up paying for a room that nobody stayed in. Staff was unprofessional as well. Checkout time online as well as what was posted on the door was 11am. The cleaning crew was beating on our door at 10:20 telling us we had to get out. "

"The woman the checked us in was friendly and inviting. The room was spacious. It was nice to have a door that separated the bedroom from the sitting room. The complimentary breakfast including made to order omelets was delicious. The hotel lobby was under renovation so there were boxes, wires, and floor torn up upon entering which was a bit of a let down since the pictures online showed a beautiful lobby. Overall we were very happy with our stay and even though there were renovations happening, it was still quiet."

"My first time staying at this property was an excellent experience. Each staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered many good options. I will definitely return to this hotel. "

"The room was fine for a week-long business stay in Nashville. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and linens, towels were clean. The door to the room was slightly beat up and should be replaced. There was a loose outlet plate on the wall to the left as you enter the room. There was no chair to sit in and relax other than the desk chair that slid down after being adjusted to the needed height--every time. Requested a different chair, but I guess none were available. Hot breakfast with waffle machine and coffee were nice. Felt safe in the building and in the neighborhood. Nice to have a clothing store across the street when I needed a new pair of black pants. I would stay there again, but a comfy chair to sit in would be a great addition. "
