"The hotel was unreachable on the number mentioned on the booking. There was a hotel with same name although they didn’t had my reservation. Had to struggle with different parties eventually cancelling the reservation and making an on spot reservation to a different hotel. "

"Very clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread. It's a well-maintained property. If I visit Kanpur again, I will definitely consider staying here."

"It was pleasant stay. People are cooperative and well behaved. Room is spacious and cleaned, cost of living is moderate. Overall experience is very good."
