The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. You should be prepared with your receipt ready... the front desk tried to tell me I couldn't check in until 8:00 pm even though my hotels.com receipt said 5:00 pm check-in. "
