"We had a lovely two night stay. The hotel is a hot walk uphill if you have luggage but there are options available at the hotel to pick your luggage up for ten euros so I’d take up the option if it’s a hot day. We had a standard double room which was perfect for us although we had no curtain or blind up the window itself just in front of an alcove which not only let in light it made seeing directly in the room from outside very easy, which wasn’t very good for privacy. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, bacon, deli items, toast, fresh salad and fruit and the lady serving was very friendly. The courtyard has a little cold jacuzzi and loungers, perfect for a quick dip and chill out. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This historical boutique 8 room property is a treasure very well located in central Hydra just above the port. Our room was located above the outdoor patio area that also serves as the sitting area for the delightful breakfast buffet which is included with room. Room was well appointed with beautiful renovated bath. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of food to suit any taste. The chef/attendant was wonderful and caring. Additionally, the entire staff including Vicky made every effort to assist us with logistics, recommendations, and pertinent information requested. Highly recommend this classy property and staff. Wonderful experience. Hydra is special among the many beautiful Greek Isles."

"We had the absolute privilege of staying at Bellevalia Hydra, and it exceeded every expectation. The location is simply breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed, the views are spectacular, and the food is exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay genuinely unforgettable. It’s almost impossible to single people out because every single person was outstanding, but a special thank you must go to Anna, who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Stephanous and his wonderful restaurant team, Sergio and Christos, delivered such incredible food and warm hospitality that we didn’t want to dine anywhere else on the island. Thank you also to Renata at reception, Anthony and Paulos at the bar, Alessio, who found us the perfect spot on the beach every day, and Jacob, our friendly water taxi guide, whose warm welcome always put a smile on our faces.
