A Huge Modern Barn with a Cozy Little 1 Bedroom Apartment Loft. All of the amenities from home in a spotless and cozy space. High-end soft mattress and cozy linens. Full kitchen and Bathroom. Huge closet. Tons of extras. Main floor area is a Designated Work Space that is light and bright & a big table with plenty of board games. Upstairs is the living quarters. Patio Table and BBQ Grill right outside of the big main room on the main level. Large yard with lots of grass. Books, Games and Puzzles provided. Waffle mix and Syrup along with Coffee and Cocoa provided. You’ll also find Shampoo, and Bodywash and T.P. and Paper Towels. This is a NO Smoking, NO Vaping and No Pets Rental. Next to our two other rentals if you need more space. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Soccer Fields, Golf, Logan and Smithfield Temples. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. You will love staying in a fancy barn.

Perfect Stay for Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rustic bungalow was immaculate and instructions on check in and check out were very thorough. Next time we vacation in this area, I would not hesitate to book here again. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that you need!

Amazing stay at the Rustic Barn

Me and my colleague stayed for a week at this property while attending the Small Satellite Conference in Logan. The property is in a quiet area and has coffee and all the amenities we need.

Wonderful Peoperty that has everything

We were so impressed with the location and facilities. Everything was supplied and so many extras. Room is upstairs, living rim, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There's patio access, so many extras inside the cabin.

Relaxing!!!

This place was the perfect balance of cute and absolutely relaxing!! It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The breakfast of pancakes was awesome and I thought it was very nice of the hosts to supply those supplies! Overall I would rate this a 10/10 place to stay and will recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere cute and quiet in the Logan area!

Perfect home away from home.

This property was well-appointed, clean, wonderfully furnished, and beautifully decorated. I liked the location, which was close to everything yet off the beaten path. I highly recommend this delightful Rustic Barn Bungalow. I'll be back!

We had a great time at the Rustic Bungalow Barn! Everything was well stocked, clean, the area was nice, bed was comfortable, and having the pancake/waffle mix included was a bonus! It’s fun to see the mountains out the window.

Great place

This was one of the best places my wife and I've stayed. The hosts were always quick to communicate and very accommodating. The barn's layout was perfect to maximize space, and it's location was far enough away from neighbors to give a ot of privacy.

Nice and Comfortable

The property was in great condition. Everything functioned properly, appliances in good condition and furnishings functional and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a group of friends over and enjoyed the spacious yard. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Logan area.

Cute Bungalow

The bed was super comfortable. And very easy to check in and check out. I liked that they gave us coffee and pancakes if we wanted to make them. The only thing I can say that was unclear was when I booked it. It said that check-in was 4 PM and check out was 11 AM but as soon as you enter the property there are signs everywhere that say you must get out promptly at 10 AM. That needs to be clarified on the website because we had to sit at the airport an extended amount of time because we had to check out so early.

Fabulous stay,

We arrived for a three-day visit. This was our first trip to Logan and we found the town to be lovely, the people friendly, and our bungalow-in-the-barn far exceeding our expectations! The joy of finding so many extra surprises was such fun. So clean, beautifully decorated, and the thoughtful provisions for any possible kitchen, bathroom, or bedding needs was greatly appreciated. We were in town to watch our grandson play football for the Aggies, and had no “littles” with us on this trip, but as a grandmother to twelve, and as a retired educator, I noticed so many touches and thoughtfulness regarding children (toys, books, table service), I would highly recommend the barn to all - young families to grandparents, The location was perfect for shopping, visiting the university, or just enjoying the community. We hope to return! Well done host and hostess,❤️

Fun, rustic-chic stay in Hyde Park

We enjoyed our week-long stay in Hyde Park very much. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The condo is upstairs, so one needs to be able to negotiate stairs, but that is clear on the site description. The air-conditioning worked very well, which is very important in the hot Utah summers. All units in the kitchen and bathroom worked well. The decor is neutral and cute. There is room to park two cars in the driveway and an outdoor patio set and barbecue, which we definitely used. I was pleased that, when I complained that there was no coffee pot, the owner went out and bought one. That was nice of her and also makes sense as a Keurig doesn't work for a family or a major coffee drinker like me. I also would suggest that she leave specific instructions on how to pair the television with the renter's Netflix, Prime Video, or other subscriptions as this process can vary and be difficult with the differing systems owners have. But, overall, it was really nice and we hope to stay there next summer!

Quiet, comfortable and clean!

We were in the area for a business trip so we chose to make it a little longer and have a mini vaca as well. The booking and check in were seamless. Very quiet area with so many adventures surrounding the area! Next time we are in the area we will certainly choose this lovely spot again! Highly recommend
