Hutchison House Museum

Amazing Staff!!! From the front door greeting to the lovely girls at the breakfast check-in so friendly and smiling. Of course the room and breakfast was also amazing.

Front desk was super good to us. Lobby fragrance was constant cologne. Too much and too strong. Maybe I’m old but the lobby music was more fit for a night club or restaurant. Too much beat and bass and noise. Expected classic elegance from Royal York but got something else. Room was big. View of the first floor roof? Didn’t expect that for what we paid . Most expensive room I ever paid and got the worse view. A roof! Washroom was out of date. Family was not comfortable using it. Washroom smelled like sewage and no ventilation or fan. Oh and the TV was so small especially compared to size of room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Almost one hour late.
