The room was clean and staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and we were able to pack sandwiches to go for lunch, which was very nice. They did do our laundry for a steep fee, but it was very convenient.

Guesthouse Brekka was well located as a place to stay on our travels. Nestled in a picturesque valley dotted with sheep. The cabin was no frills but all we needed. The neighbours were a bit loud even though in another building but they were respectful of the time to quiet down. The staff was very helpful with our activity questions and breakfast was great and nice to be included.

The room and bathroom were newly renovated ….. we were happy with it. Very friendly and helpful staff at checkin and at the restaurant. Good breakfast- and we had dinner and that was very good as well

Nice size, clean room. We had a newer cabin but it was so new that there was no siding or outdoor light hooked up. Great breakfast and staff very friendly. They do offer dinner but we did not have it there. Reservations needed. Good location between Myvatn and Husevik. Recommend.
