"Door lock did not work , couch on second floor needs to be thrown away . None of the tv’s worked when we arrived . Ice maker did not work . Hot tub needs a better cover because it wouldn’t get hot . Pool table needs to be replaced or taken off the list of amenities because most side rails are broke . The housekeeper needs to be replaced ! At least half of the lightbulbs were blown throughput the house ! We take this trip every year for 8 years and this is definitely the worse place we have stayed and probably the most money I’ve spent . I definitely do not recommend."

"The house was awesome and perfectly fit our needs for a Thanksgiving family getaway. The interior is nicely updated, and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Being in the woods and near the lake made it easy to take lots of peaceful walks. Just down the road is Burgess Falls State Park, which has an easy walking trail with multiple beautiful waterfalls.Katie was a wonderful host, and we appreciated the information she provided about things to do in the area and where to shop for groceries. You can’t go wrong with this well-kept home and super nice host!"
