「While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!」

「Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. 」

「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...
