We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This desired and conveniently located luxury home is available as per the following:
• Age requirement for booking is minimum 25-years old
• No smoking, pets, parties or events (parties/events require permission and additional payment)
• Must be respectful of the neighbors
• Pack & Play crib available upon request
• Garage access, outside of garage access, street parking (in front of home ONLY) access when available
• At an additional charge, extra cleaning service is available upon request
• Pool and landscaper are on weekly schedule to visit through side gate
• Fully furnished and equipped with all necessities – just bring your suitcase!
• Quiet time after 10PM per city ordinance (includes loud voices/music)

Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
