Just an FYI if you’re launching SUPs or kayaks, the canal is tidal and the dock is built pretty high. We had to get creative with launching and unloading so we didn’t damage any equipment, so be prepared for that. But all in all great property!"

They have a natural spring fed pool right on property extracting manitees to the pool overflow area. They have boat docks/parking for customers. If you have a kayak, can launch straight from the property parking lot. "

"This was our 3rd year renting and by far the family’s favorite house to gather after the holidays. The host is very attentive, the house is clean and well equipped. We all love to fish off the seawall, kayak around the cove and enjoy the firepit at night! We have ventured to other rivers but we keep coming back, this house is the best!"
