"It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. "Stayed at Arcor Mysore for one night with family and had a very comfortable experience overall. The property appears to be either newly built or recently renovated, as everything was in excellent condition. The rooms, furniture, beds, and overall fit and finish were well-maintained and of good quality. We booked the Family Room, which was very spacious and included an extra bed within the room itself, making it ideal for a family of four. The room was equipped with a large smart TV with internet connectivity, which was a nice addition. Housekeeping was prompt and responsive whenever needed. The food was good, including the breakfast buffet, which offered a decent variety. A couple of areas could be improved. Room service was not available on the date of our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, service at the restaurant was noticeably slow, both for taking orders and serving food. Could be due to some shortage of staff, I don't know. Overall, a comfortable and well-maintained hotel that offers good value for families visiting Mysore. I would happily consider staying here again."

"We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. "
