「The owner, Ms Veronica Hauschild, was very helpful & accommodating. Despite the fact that they didnt receive the Expedia booking in time, she still tried to accommodate me. Her sister-in-law was likewise very helpful. However, the property was far from the one advertised in Expedia - there was no wi-fi (which we badly needed), the mattresses were too thin & worn-out, no cable TV and water service was poor. We paid for rental of a house and got a shabby room instead.」

「some insects are crawling in bed. one of our guests had diarrhea probably because of the water. toilets are not clean. mirrors in the toilet are not clean, just saying the caretakers did not prepare for occupancy. location was awful- we need to pass a narrow dirt road with people living in the area. Cashier is located far from the resort rooms. Neighboring resort was noisy.」
