Humble Museum

Check-in was quick and smooth, and the hotel was clean overall. The balcony was a nice bonus, and the lobby smelled pleasant. However, the hotel is seriously outdated and desperately needs renovation. The furniture looks like it belongs in the 1980s, the lampshades are crooked, the paint is peeling, and the gray carpet looks and smells like something you’d find in a neglected apartment. Parking is outrageously expensive—around $30–35 per day for self-parking and $45 for valet. These are practically Las Vegas resort fees disguised as parking charges, which is ridiculous considering the location, the abundance of parking in the area, and the already expensive room rates. The most frustrating experience was housekeeping forgetting to replace the bath towels. I discovered this only after stepping out of the shower, soaking wet and cold, and had to call and wait for someone to bring towels. Completely unacceptable. Overall, the hotel is clean but tired, worn out, and overpriced for what it offers. It desperately needs a major refresh, especially at these prices. Definitely could have been better.

Great for kids and super fun but annoying fees or additional costs to every aspect of the park.
