I took one star off this time for the staff because of the lady working around 2 am on Sunday morning. She tried to tell me I couldn't pay for late checkout and that late checkout on the weekends "wasn't a thing". I know this to be false because I have stayed here quite a bit and it's always on the weekend and I ALWAYS get late checkout. I immediately looked to see if they had rooms available and guess what, they did! So I went up to the front desk around 1030 am and asked for late checkout again and was able to get it. Thankfully I did not go by her word. We were there for a Celebration of Life that was changed from Saturday to Sunday last minute. We live 2 hours away and were leaving Sunday to go home. The event did not start until 3 pm. We needed that time so I am thankful for being able to get it. The staff (besides her), were, and are always, great. Always pleasant, always helpful! I got the same room I stayed in before. Everything was good. Pool was open, people were BBQing. We always enjoy our stay and will most definitely be back.
