Behind the house is the opportunity to go cross-country skiing, as there is a cross-country ski trail, part of a cross-country ski trail with 44 kilometres of trails. This holiday home in the mountaineering village of Huettschlag in Salzburgerland, close to the Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area, offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Here, you will find a combination of unspoilt nature with the village character of the two communities of Grossarl and Hüttschlag and the atmosphere of a modern winter sports area with a snow-sure ski resort. With 70 kilometres of pistes and 17 lifts, the Grossarltal - Dorfgastein ski area has nothing to be ashamed of. In winter, the ski bus stops at the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area, which is 7 km away by car.
The Alpendorf ski area in St. Johann im Pongau, which has direct access to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas and 210 kilometres of pistes, is highly recommended. Grossarltal is a member of Ski Amade, Austria's largest ski area, with 760 kilometres of pistes and 270 lifts. A free ski bus takes you to the cable car.

The idyllic mountain village attracts many nature lovers with its lush alpine meadows and majestic peaks. Its extensive network of cycling and hiking trails makes it suitable for beginners and experienced adventurers all year round.

In summer, Großarl has a swimming pool, mini golf, and an adventure park for children. The Goldegger See Lake, located in the beautiful village of Goldegg am See near St. Johann im Pongau, also offers swimming fun
