素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフの方のとにかく細やかな心遣いがありがたかったです。ホテルに着くなり、ウエルカムドリンクと周辺地域の説明。その間に重い荷物を部屋まで届けてくれました。チーフの方が頻繁に連絡をくれたことやバスの手配までもしていただきました。また、利用したいです。

快適に過ごせました

フロントもフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。また、朝食も複数のメニューから選べて良かったです。但し、ホテルにエレベータはありませんので、３Ｆ以上の部屋はご覚悟を。

値段相応

部屋　シーツ床等清潔。ドアがなかなかあかないことがしばしば。ドライヤーない。足拭きマットが汚れたバスタオル。お湯がでない。値段が値段なのでしょうがないかと。朝食　メニューをみて注文。一品が少なめだから数品目頼んだ方がよいかも。その他　ホテルのスタッフが車またはバイクを手配して自分の好みの観光ができます。この点は非常にありがたかった。スタッフさんは英語バッチリなのでなんとなく英語でも通じます。

空港からのアクセス便利な"ホスピタリティ重視ホテル"

フエ観光の拠点として利用。空港から50,000VNDで移動できるバスの終点に近くて便利。炎天下、到着するとすぐソファーに案内され、welcomeドリンク&フルーツ&おしぼりが提供された。ホスピタリティ重視で受付の笑顔もgood。広目の部屋でバスタブ付き。ただ、手すりが無いので高齢者は要注意。1Fに昼間も営業しているレストランがあるので、大雨で外出できない時に重宝した。王宮へも徒歩圏内。

スタッフが皆素晴らしかった！

全てのスタッフが笑顔で優しかった。夕食昼食とレストランで何回か食べたがどの料理も美味しかった。もちろん朝食も美味しかったです。 2月14日バレンタインデーという事で薔薇の花を頂き嬉しかったです。また行くなら是非泊まりたいホテルです。

Inside town area, all restaurants, shops are near

Stuffs are friendly and organised well. Room is big enough and clean. Location is in city center area. all popular restaurants are walking distance. Bank is just in front of holtel. Breakfast is restaurant, it is good enough. you can order any eggs. They arrange and offeed tour and transportation to next destination HOi An. Overalla is good, can be recommended.

街中の安くて居心地のよいホテル

駅から歩いてホテルまで行きました。ベトナムのホテルはどこも若いスタッフです。少々言葉が通じなくても笑顔で接してくれます。到着時にはウェルカムドリンクのサービス。１階はレセプションと食堂。最初からホテルと言うより、以前は何かの食事のお店だったのかも知れない感じのレイアウトです。チェックイン等の手続きも全然困りません。パスポートを預ければ、すんなりと終了。部屋には窓がありませんでしたが、にぎやかな通りの騒音もほとんど気にならず、快適に寝泊りできます。部屋には無料のフルーツ(バナナと柑橘類だったかな)があり、食事を取れずに困った夜にも、また熱中症気味の疲れた体にも助かりました。ベッドには花びらが散らしてあり、男の自分には照れくさかったです。すぐ近くには銀行や水などを売っているお店もあり、歩いて(ちょっと距離がありますが)王宮にでもどこにでも行けます。ガイドブックに載っているチェーのお店がすぐ近くにありました。朝食は何種類かある卵料理やフォーなどのメニューから選んで注文するスタイルでした。フルーツやドリンク・パンなどはバイキング形式でした。

明るいスタッフと快適な設備のホテル

今回は１泊だけでしたが非常に快適に過ごせました。宿泊費はリーズナブルでスタッフはいつも笑顔で明るく、気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋は豪華ではありませんが清潔できれいにされています。ウエルカムフルーツもありこの価格では本当にお値打ちと思います。次回もお世話になる予定です。また、空港ピックアップ＋市内観光はUS$65で手配できます。ガイドはいませんが自分のペースで回れるのでこれもアリと思います。

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

The reason why the hotel does not have an elevator is because it is a rented property, and the landlord wishes to preserve its historic architecture. The landlord believes that adding an elevator would compromise the integrity of the building's original design. Although this means guests will need to use the stairs, the hotel aims to provide a genuine experience that immerses visitors in the charm and authenticity of the past. We loved the front office staff, but you get what you pay for and it isn’t a bargain. My wife, as she daily reminds me, had her favorite night shirt stolen out of our room. The sink empties into an open drain. We did sleep well.

Det er et lite hotell som er plassert sentralt i byen. Uteområdet er trafikkert og støyete, men iallfall på mitt rom var det stille. Døgnprisen er mye lavere enn på andre hoteller, men kvaliteten er - iallfall på noen områder - like god. Rommene har vanlig størrelse, og de er rene og velholdte. Frokosten er enkel, og personlig savner jeg mer variasjon når det gjelder frukt og grønnsaker. Det beste med hotellet er de ansatte i resepsjonen, og spesielt en ung kvinne, Onah, gjør en fantastisk jobb. Hun informerer og hjelper gjestene, og om morgenen serverer hun også under frokosten, alltid med et smil. Vi får en følelse av at hun kjenner og liker hver eneste gjest. Det er Onah som gjør dette hotellet til et godt hotell.

Like family

Ive have never left a review for a hotel before, but i had to after the incredible experience i had here. On the second day there was a flash flood in the city, and we were essentially stuck in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, in addition to breakfast they brought lunch,dinner and snacks and when i asked after the cost they simply said "at times like this we are family". In order to leave the hotel, staff members waded through flood waters to flag down boats so we could leave the area and catch the taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for make the best of unbelievable situation!

Fin lille hotel til pengene.

Lille hotel i Hué af ældre dato. Men det fungerede fint. Fin beliggenhed. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Ankom efter en lang togtur og var blevet godt og grundig køresyg. De var hurtige til at spotte det og hjalp det de kunne og gjorde værelset klar med det samme uden ekstra betaling. Dette til trods for at vi kom flere timer tidligere end check in. Virkelig god service.

Property is very basic and falling apart in some areas however the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with a lovely sea view as is on the sea front. Staff were helpful and breakfast provided (pancakes etc.) set us up for the day.

The property is clean and nice. The staffs are very polite and friendly. However, they only help you to bring your luggage up when you arrive but they did not help you to bring your luggage down using stair (property has no elevator). Also, you have to leave your room key with the receptionist every time you go out (this is the first time a hotel has this policy and make us uncomfortable for our belonging)

Dear Henry,We are so sorry for your uncomfortable. But the guest need to leave the room key with the receptionist is our policy. We keep the room key to guard against all mishaps like electrical fault or the guest may lost the key. We hope you can understand. Thank you for everything. The property is located centrally, close to everything you want to explore in Hue city and the staff is amazing, super friendly and nice!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in decent condition but it's not modern, or immaculate if that's what you're looking for. It's dated, clean, and friendly. I'd stay again. Also, I was on a motorcycle and they offered to store it indoors overnight. Very nice.
